Bird Cruise

Take a closer look at the wildlife on one of the biggest bird nesting areas in Norway - the Gjesværstappan. The majestic island with approximately 2.3 million birds rises high up from the sea, making it a very powerful experience. We take the 20 feet boat "Lynet", which can take us very close to the island and the birds. Make sure you have room in your camera - you will have the possibility to take portraits of thousands of puffins, gannets, cormorants, eiders, razorbills, guillemots and a lot of sea eagles. During the trip we can also say hello to the many seals that stay on the reefs and if we are lucky we can also see a whale in the near distance.
